2: Launch and pre-sell a new product!
A: Directly contact your audience or business community and ask them what challenges they are facing and what you can do for them. Create a focus group to get feedback. You can also create solutions for yourself and share those. Be excited about your product or service. It takes 4-6 weeks to launch. You can sell for just enough to cover the cost of goods to test whether people are interested, and take whatever time you need after you receive their deposits to deliver it. Set and meet your deadlines.
3: Offer gifts and certificates in the 4th quarter!
You can offer half hour or one hour sessions, workshops, or strategy meetings for a fee. Many people may not be able to afford to buy these, but they can put these on their wish lists and receive them as gifts. You may also want to gift these to clients for free.
